Nicole is a certified yoga- and meditation teacher as well as a holistic health coach from Germany. Her classes are focused on finding a deep connection to the body, using the breath as a tool to uncover our natural flexibility – always practicing with kindness and love.
Whether you have been practicing yoga for years or only tried it a few times, she will make sure to adapt the practice to the individual needs, so that you can learn and deepen your practice from whichever level you are currently at.
Emilie is a travel agent who curates personalized travels and events from Denmark. What you can expect from her travels is that they always care for quality, aesthetics, authenticity and sustainability. Using these values as guidance always leeds to the most unforgettable experiences.

The rooms in Villa Lena are located in their Fattoria, which is the most central building next to the villa with only a short stroll from the San Michele Restaurant and the main pool. Here you’ll find majestic vaulted ceilings, beautiful wooden floors, and marble bathrooms. The rooms have a more luxurious touch and feel, but still hold the relaxed aesthetic of Villa Lena.

All reservations require a non-refundable 30% booking fee upon booking.
Payments are determined by length of time booked prior to retreat date.
